Finca San Jose, established in the late 1890s, produces a washed Bourbon coffee with gentle malic acidity and a creamy milk chocolate finish. The farm underwent renovation to enhance cup profiles and crop yields.

Nylon Coffee Roasters is a specialty coffee bar and roastery in Singapore's Everton Park, founded in 2012 by partners Dennis Tang and Jia Min after time in London and New York. They source directly from producers and roast on an IMF roaster to emphasise sweetness, balance and clarity, fostering transparent, sustainable relationships.
