Ethiopian ‘Konga’ has flavors of strawberry, cocoa, and cinnamon - with a dense and syrupy mouthfeel. It comes from a small lot owned by Takele Mammo Denbi, who previously managed the Yirgacheffe Coffee Farmers Cooperative Union.
