About Noble Coffee Roasting
Noble Coffee Roasting began in 2007 when founder Jared Rennie started roasting coffee in his garage on a Probat L12. He named the company after his grandfather Noble Dukes, dedicating the business to quality, service and sustainability. Locals in southern Oregon’s Rogue Valley quickly recognized the quality, and the company has grown into one of the region’s most respected roasters. Their mission is to enrich lives from seed to cup by sourcing the world’s finest certified‑organic coffees, roasting them to their highest potential and teaching people how to brew them. Noble builds relationships with farmers and cooperatives, roasts each coffee with great attention and sees itself as both master and student of the bean. The Coffeehouse & Roastery at 281 Fourth Street in Ashland serves as a space to experiment, host public cuppings and share coffee knowledge with the community.
