About
Cultivated at 1600 meters in a mountain range in Nicaragua, the coffee cherries are hand-picked, depulped, and dried. Imported from Managua to Barcelona, then sent to our roaster in Madrid. The green coffee is roasted for 20 minutes at 220 degrees to achieve a sweet flavor without adding sugar.
