Halo Beriti Washing Station serves 750 smallholder producers, who deliver their coffee to the station in cherry form. This particular lot is part of a special preparation with repeated hand-sorting to ensure only perfect coffees made it into the bags. This coffee is fresh, clean, and bright with flavors of golden raisin, fresh apricot, and peach.
About Mountaineering Roasting Co
Mountaineer Roasting Company is a Morgantown, WV specialty coffee roaster and café founded on the WVU campus in 2017. Now a standalone roastery and café (opened Feb 2021), they roast and serve single-origin and blend coffees, offer subscriptions and wholesale, and focus on advancing specialty coffee in the Appalachian region.
