Don Sabino Micromill is a project between Steven Vargas and his father that produces wonderful coffees with incredible care and attention to detail while managing four farms. This is our first time buying a coffee from Don Sabino but we are very pleased with this one and look forward to trying more of their coffee in the future! In this coffee we tasted bright green grape, melon and cooked fruit flavors.
About Mountaineering Roasting Co
Mountaineer Roasting Company is a Morgantown, WV specialty coffee roaster and café founded on the WVU campus in 2017. Now a standalone roastery and café (opened Feb 2021), they roast and serve single-origin and blend coffees, offer subscriptions and wholesale, and focus on advancing specialty coffee in the Appalachian region.
