This high altitude coffee has crisp lime zest and bergamot flavors, with good acidity and a light, tea-like body. Makes an excellent pourover, and quite tasty for espresso! Following a bushfire, the Suke Quto farm was started by Tesfaye Bekele out of an effort to reforest and conserve the surrounding area.
