The Cauca department of Colombia is home to hundreds of farms, though most of which measure only a few hectares! The Cafe del Cauca series is our effort to highlight the work of these small farms and the incredible and varied coffees they produce. Cherries are meticulously handpicked, and washed three times before drying on raised beds for 15 days. The result is a clean, sweet coffee with amazing syrupy sweetness!
