Camaleón is a natural-process Pacamara from Vides 58 in Huehuetenango, Guatemala. Grown at elevations up to 2,000 meters, it showcases the bold character of the Pacamara varietal with vibrant notes of tropical fruit, red berries, and floral aromatics, balanced by a syrupy body and acidity.

Metric Coffee is a Chicago-based specialty roaster and café collective focused on transparent sourcing, quality roasting and fair prices for producers. They roast on vintage Probat machines and run a flagship roastery/cafe in West Town while selling single-origin and blended coffees, subscriptions, equipment and education.
