Metric Coffee is a Chicago-based specialty roaster and café collective focused on transparent sourcing, quality roasting and fair prices for producers. They roast on vintage Probat machines and run a flagship roastery/cafe in West Town while selling single-origin and blended coffees, subscriptions, equipment and education.

About Metric Coffee
Metric is guided by radical transparency and the belief in the transformative power of a fair price. The roastery emphasizes traceability and public price context to support sustainable sourcing. All coffees are roasted on antique Probat UG15 and P25 machines and are cupped by the roasting team for quality. Metric has begun the journey toward B Corp certification to increase public transparency and accountability.
