This coffee comes from the Chiroso de San Carlos Project, a collective of 10 farmers in Urrao, Antiquia, working at 1,900 meters above sea level. The beans are handpicked at peak ripeness and processed to develop unique flavor profiles, achieving exceptional complexity and smoothness.

Maru Coffee is a Los Angeles–born roaster and café group inspired by analog craft and everyday quality. Named from the Korean 'San Ma Ru' (mountaintop), Maru focuses on carefully roasted coffees produced at its Glassell Park roastery and served across multiple cafes in LA and Brooklyn.
