Lighthouse Roasters is a Seattle-based neighborhood roaster and café established in 1993, roasting small-batch coffee six days a week. Known for rich, balanced roasts with dark chocolate and toffee notes, they offer subscriptions, retail blends and single-origin beans, and operate a storefront in Seattle’s Wallingford/University District area.
