ONE is our compostable coffee capsule featuring a blend of Ethiopia Zeritu & Banchayehou. This coffee is sourced from small farmers in the Yirgacheffe region, known for its 'Garden coffee'. Expect vibrant notes of ripe yellow fruits, lime, and orange blossoms.
About Kross Coffee Roasters
Kross Coffee Roasters, based in Chania, Crete, Greece, is an award‑winning specialty roaster operating since 2017 (after running two coffee shops from 2010). Led by co owners Sotos and Stavros Michael and pastry chef Katerina Mavromataki, they roast high‑quality beans for their own cafés and wholesale customers and actively participate as judges in coffee championships.
