This coffee features complex floral notes, playful bubble gum flavors, and a lightly aged rum complexity with caramel notes and sticky sweetness. Grown by smallholders, it is interspersed with subsistence crops.
About Kross Coffee Roasters
Kross Coffee Roasters, based in Chania, Crete, Greece, is an award‑winning specialty roaster operating since 2017 (after running two coffee shops from 2010). Led by co owners Sotos and Stavros Michael and pastry chef Katerina Mavromataki, they roast high‑quality beans for their own cafés and wholesale customers and actively participate as judges in coffee championships.
