Named after our grandmother Eleni, this light roasted Brazil single origin is finely ground for traditional Ibrik coffee, offering notes of roasted nuts, sweet spices, and chocolate.
About Kross Coffee Roasters
Kross Coffee Roasters, based in Chania, Crete, Greece, is an award‑winning specialty roaster operating since 2017 (after running two coffee shops from 2010). Led by co owners Sotos and Stavros Michael and pastry chef Katerina Mavromataki, they roast high‑quality beans for their own cafés and wholesale customers and actively participate as judges in coffee championships.
