About
This coffee comes from the village of Chelbesa, where SNAP operates a washing station at over 2000 m above sea level. 650 small farmers bring their cherries here, processed as washed. The cherries are fermented for 45 to 60 hours, washed to remove mucilage, and dried for 7-10 days.
