This coffee from the Minas Gerais region in eastern Brazil is naturally processed and produced by various farmers. Serra Negra, or 'Black Mountain,' captures the classic profile from the southern part of Minas Gerais, with a smooth cup profile featuring notes of milk chocolate, nuts, and a robust body.
