Mutitu AA originates from the Kirinyaga region on the southern slopes of Mount Kenya, known for high-quality coffees. The meticulous fully washed process enhances clarity, acidity, and fruit character. Handpicked cherries are depulped and undergo fermentation, followed by drying on raised beds.

Kaffeekirsche Roastery, based in Berlin, Germany, is a small‑batch roaster run by Turabi Kocadag (Panaz Food & Coffee GmbH). They operate two cafés (Tempelhofer Damm 160 and Adalbertstr. 23) and are known for quality coffee, vegan‑friendly baked goods, and coffee‑education courses.
