Hacienda El Obraje, owned by Pablo Guerrero's family, produces unique coffee due to its volcanic soil and fluctuating temperatures. Pablo began farming coffee in 2000 and has since entered the specialty coffee market, experimenting with various processing methods.
About KAFFEEKIRSCHE ROASTERY
Kaffeekirsche Roastery, based in Berlin, Germany, is a small‑batch roaster run by Turabi Kocadag (Panaz Food & Coffee GmbH). They operate two cafés (Tempelhofer Damm 160 and Adalbertstr. 23) and are known for quality coffee, vegan‑friendly baked goods, and coffee‑education courses.
