About
Cascara is the dried husk of the coffee cherry, often discarded. It has a sweet, fruity flavor and contains about a third of the caffeine of coffee. Our Cascara comes from Costa Rica, processed by the Montero family in Tarrazu, who have a long history of coffee farming.
About Industra Coffee Roasters
Industra.Coffee (IC ROASTERS s.r.o.) is a Brno-based specialty coffee roaster and café founded in 2013 by Petra Střelecká and Adam Obrátil. They roast in Nová Zbrojovka, operate a flagship café in Brno with a Prague pop-up, run an e-shop, offer courses and wholesale, and focus on carefully roasted espresso and filter coffees.
