Industra.Coffee (IC ROASTERS s.r.o.) is a Brno-based specialty coffee roaster and café founded in 2013 by Petra Střelecká and Adam Obrátil. They roast in Nová Zbrojovka, operate a flagship café in Brno with a Prague pop-up, run an e-shop, offer courses and wholesale, and focus on carefully roasted espresso and filter coffees.

About Industra Coffee Roasters
Petra Střelecká and Adam Obrátil worked in top London cafés before founding Industra Coffee in 2013. Their original café at Masná 9 grew into a local legend; in March 2021 they moved to Nová Zbrojovka in Brno and launched their roastery. The team now includes several staff and they continue to serve, teach, and roast coffee. The roastery philosophy emphasizes daily tasting and precise roasting on their Diedrich IR-12 to achieve the desired cup character for both espresso and filter. They roast for both espresso (intense, body-forward) and filter (preserving brightness and character) and run courses, wholesale and public roastery visits by appointment.
