Alejo Castro Kahle's coffee is grown on the slopes of the Poas Volcano in Costa Rica, where the family has cultivated coffee for over 100 years. They focus on preserving biodiversity and produce a variety of beans, including Caturra. The coffee is noted for its rich flavors, best enjoyed through filter methods.

Imbibe Coffee Roasters, based in Dublin 8, Ireland and founded by Gary Grant, is an ethical roastery known for roasting high quality coffees for competitions. They donate 3.5% of all revenue before profit to Women’s Aid, origin projects and local causes, and pay staff above industry rates.
