About Imbibe Coffee Roasters
We’re an Irish coffee roasting business roasting competition‑level coffees. While we pride ourselves on quality, our business is about more than selling coffee for profit. We give away 3.5% of all revenue before we make a cent and roast high quality coffee for world‑renowned producers. We run our company ethically: all staff are paid above industry rates, part‑timers receive at least the living wage, full‑timers get pensions and sick pay, and 1% of annual revenue is shared with staff on top of salary and bonus. We also donate at least 1% of revenue to Women’s Aid. We support origin communities by funding bridge‑building projects with the ASOPEP co‑op in Colombia and send our head of quality to see the impact. We have established local grants and weekly coffee donations to Dublin hospitals like St James’s, Crumlin Children’s and The Coombe, and we participate in the WCR Checkoff Program.
