This coffee comes from the father and son team, Jose and Pepe Jijon. Their farm, Fincas Del Putushio, is an exciting project in Ecuador's Loja region. This Mejorado variety is harvested at 2222 MASL, showcasing great flavor clarity with notes of green apple, melon, and pomegranate. The coffee is well-balanced with layered florals and a crisp finish.
