Sebastian and German Hoyos produce Pink Bourbon coffee at their farm El Estaroque in Colombia. The coffee has a complex acidity and creamy body with flavors of blood orange, stone fruit, and tropical fruits. Harvested in January 2025, it is processed using a washed method.

Ilse Coffee is a specialty coffee roaster based in North Canaan, Connecticut. Founded in 2019 by Lucas Smith and Rebecca Grossman and named after Smith’s grandmother, Ilse, the small‑batch roaster showcases light, expressive coffees, ethically sourced and roasted to highlight clarity and balance.
