This coffee from Finca Cual Bicicleta, crafted by Oscar Omar Alonzo, showcases the finesse and elegance of the Montecillos terroir in Honduras. Cultivated at altitudes between 1600 and 1950 meters, this naturally anaerobic Geisha offers a delicate, expressive, and perfectly balanced cup. With floral notes of Earl Grey and a delicate acidity reminiscent of hibiscus, it presents a silky texture and elegant finish.
