Finca El Mirador is a small 1.5 hectare farm owned by Wilson Vaquiro. He grows several varietals focusing on high quality microlots. Coffee is hand harvested, anaerobic fermented, washed, and dried on raised tables.

Horsham Coffee Roaster is a specialty roastery founded in 2012 by Bradley and Amelia Steenkamp in Sussex, UK. Starting from a market stall in Horsham, they now roast ethically sourced, direct trade coffees and run a roastery café and Bond Street Coffee in Brighton.
