This is a natural processed microlot harvested from Catuai trees at high altitudes. The coffee is fermented overnight and dried on raised tables, creating a well-balanced natural coffee with tasting notes of white grape, prune, and cocoa.

Horsham Coffee Roaster is a specialty roastery founded in 2012 by Bradley and Amelia Steenkamp in Sussex, UK. Starting from a market stall in Horsham, they now roast ethically sourced, direct trade coffees and run a roastery café and Bond Street Coffee in Brighton.
