About
This coffee was born from a clear idea. We tasted both lots separately and immediately felt that together they could tell something more: a coffee that tastes like dessert, intense, comforting, and meant to indulge. In the cup, it is creamy and sweet, with a defined base of Nutella, white chocolate, and cacao. On top of that structure, the playful part of the coffee appears: ripe banana, a fruity and sweet note, and a hint of cinnamon reminiscent of pastry.
About Hola Coffee
Hola Coffee is a Madrid-based specialty coffee roaster and café group founded by Pablo and Nolo in 2016. They roast at a roastery in Lucero, operate multiple cafés and an academy/headquarters in Madrid, and focus on accessibility, simplicity and sharing coffee knowledge through courses and a podcast.
