Hola Coffee

Hola Coffee was founded by two friends, Pablo and Nolo, in 2016. With years of experience across different areas of the coffee industry, they developed Hola Coffee to embody their vision of specialty coffee and to foster the community around it. The project evolved from a two-person dream into a professional team focused on quality and service. They operate two locations in Madrid and roast at a roastery in the Lucero neighborhood; they also run an academy/headquarters for courses and knowledge-sharing. Their stated values emphasize enjoyment, simplicity and inclusiveness, with an emphasis on making specialty coffee accessible and spreading knowledge through courses and a podcast.
