Bookkisa brings tea-like depth and dimension to a fluid, floral cup, resulting in a complex experience that has delighted everyone we have served it to. High Beam Coffee Roasters is a Brooklyn-based roastery and cafe founded by Selina Ullrich. Operating out of Red Hook, New York, they source ethical and sustainable coffees from exemplary producers and roast them to highlight bright, sparkling flavors, focusing on rare varietals and experimental lots.
