This washed Sidama is produced by Shantawene Washing Station, a project of our importer La Baia's export partner Tracon. Tracon's processing center leverages state of the art equipment and resources to ensure that the each coffee is capable of expressing all of the complexity and beauty within. Sidama Bombe comes from the village of Bombe, at the base of the Bombe Mountain in Sidama. This expressive, layered coffee skips along on bright hibiscus and violet candy, bringing lighthearted joy to your cup. Highly recommend for filter brewing as well as progressive espresso applications (3:1 ratio extractions and beyond).
