About Hazeru Coffee
hazeru coffee is a specialty coffee roastery and stand based in Toyama, Japan. Founded in 2016 by master roaster Toyohisa Kubota, its name refers to coffee beans cracking during roasting. The micro‑roaster serves light - to medium -roast specialty coffees and operates roastery and bake stand locations in Toyama.
