This offering comes from the Testi Ayla Washing Station which serves about 375 smallholder farmers in the village of Bombe in Sidama. Sidama produces some of the highest grade coffees in Ethiopia, resulting in sweet, clean coffees that are a treat to drink. This washed coffee features familiar florals mingling with hints of cooked apple and cola.
