This tasty coffee comes from Ignacio Gutierrez of Finca La Roxanita. This is our third year sourcing coffee from the Gutierrez family. This microlot consists entirely of the Pacamara variety known for its large beans. A honey process, this coffee has a fuller body with deep, sweet notes of cooked apple and toffee.
