This coffee was created for the Colombia Pavilion at the 2025 Osaka Expo and sold there. Jose, an agricultural engineer, has been involved in coffee since graduating in 2002. He emphasizes the importance of soil health and believes that high-quality coffee is a result of daily efforts and nature's gifts.
