Balboa is our take on a versatile blend for both cold brewing and brewing as espresso. Guatemalan and Ethiopian coffees are tried and true coffee for blending with one another. The base notes of coffees from Guatemala are an excellent foundation for the brighter fruit notes of coffees from Ethiopia.
About Golden State Coffee Roasters
Golden State Coffee Roasters is a specialty roaster and café in Placentia, California. Founded by owner Eric Scott in 2012 as a roastery, it opened its first retail shop in 2019 and roasts coffee on site, serving traditional and progressive beverages and breakfast dishes.
