About Golden State Coffee Roasters
Golden State Coffee Roasters began as a roastery in Orange County in 2012, supplying beans to local cafes. In 2019 it opened a brick‑and‑mortar café and roastery in Placentia, where it roasts Monday–Friday and offers a menu of coffee drinks, breakfast foods and snacks. Owner Eric Scott’s goal was to provide high‑quality specialty coffee to the community. The spacious café allows guests to watch the roasting process and enjoy blends like Winchester, La Primavera and 1850 Espresso alongside traditional and progressive beverages, reflecting the company’s commitment to both classic and innovative coffee experiences.
