Kanzu is a private wet mill buying coffee cherries from approximately 60 farms. The cherries grow at high altitudes in a lush ecosystem with volcanic soil. The meticulous processing results in a full-bodied, sweet, and elegant cup with dark chocolate and hints of plum and orange.
