El Torito is an Anoxic Natural coffee from Nicaragua, featuring notes of plum, golden syrup, and cardamom. The coffee is produced by Isacio Albir, who emphasizes environmental stewardship on his farm. The cherries undergo a meticulous anaerobic fermentation process before being dried for 30 days.
