They buy in small quantities so customers always get something fresh, and in their first year of roasting they offered 69 single‑origin coffees from 18 countries. The roastery uses an electric Stronghold S7 Pro powered by renewable electricity with a six‑stage filtration system, reducing its carbon footprint and ensuring clean exhaust. Their head roaster, a former barista who spent time visiting producers in Yunnan, China, returned with Q‑Grader, SCA Roasting and Green Coffee Professional qualifications, and leads the roastery with a commitment to transparency and variety.
