FUKUSUKE COFFEE ROASTERY, located in Anjo City, Aichi Prefecture, Japan, is a specialty roaster and café opened in April 2023 by 1st Crack Coffee Challenge champion Takuya Miura. They craft gentle, balanced "Japanese Roast" coffees to share good fortune with every cup.
