About Fukusuke Coffee
FUKUSUKE COFFEE ROASTERY was founded in April 2023 in Anjo City, Aichi Prefecture, by roaster Takuya Miura, the inaugural champion of the 1st Crack Coffee Challenge. After working as a barista in Canada and at Rokumei Coffee in Nara, Miura opened his own roastery and café to share his passion for specialty coffee. The name "Fukusuke" comes from a traditional Japanese lucky doll and reflects their mission to deliver happiness and good fortune through coffee. The roastery focuses on gentle, easy‑drinking roasts that balance sweetness and clarity, aiming to create a "Japanese Roast" that showcases each bean’s character while remaining approachable.
