This delicious coffee was produced by Walter and Sergio Romero, third generation coffee farmers from Corquin, Honduras. Known for its rich soil and high altitudes, the Romero brothers focus on growing Parainema, a varietal with unique flavors. Their organic farming methods shine through in the cup, offering fudgy, chocolatey notes balanced by sweet cherry.
