About Fire & Flow Coffee Roasters
Fire & Flow was founded by childhood friends Callum and Phil with Char joining to help realise the business; together they roast small-batch speciality coffee focused on celebrating bean quality and supporting producers. They emphasise conscious sourcing — paying premiums to producers who invest in their communities and the environment — and roast to showcase the farmers’ work. Fire & Flow also positions itself as a coffee partner for cafés, hotels and businesses, offering wholesale supply, training, menu design and on-site consultancy led by experienced barista trainers.
