Finca Santa Maria de Lourdes, owned by Octavio Peralta since 1970, produces exceptional coffee in a natural mountain forest. The farm is dedicated to preserving nature and has rainforest alliance certification. The coffee is processed using an anaerobic natural method, resulting in unique flavors. The Peralta family has a long history in coffee growing and focuses on specialty preparations.
