Ichamama wetmill is part of Othaya Farmers’ Cooperative Society Limited, processing coffee cherries from 676 farmers in Nyeri. The region's cool temperatures and fertile soil yield coffees with high acidity and ripe fruit flavors. The coffee is wet processed and dried slowly, resulting in dense beans with complexity.
