This microlot coffee was harvested on February 11th, 2025 from the Cañas Verdes farm. After harvest, the coffee cherries were depulped, fermented in a low temperature room for 72 hours, and dried on raised beds for 24 days. It showcases clarity and refinement with a clean finish.
