An extraordinary coffee. This is an exceptionally well-executed natural lot, with no over-fermented notes taking over, elegant, rich and perfectly balanced. It brings together tropical fruit and a refined florality, carried by a texture that is truly remarkable. The cup opens with tropical notes, leaning toward yellow fruit, something that reminds us of fresh mango. The body is syrupy, almost like strawberry yogurt, coating from the first sip. Bergamot brings a touch of freshness and complexity, and as the cup cools, violet and white flowers begin to emerge. A sweet, evolving cup with a long finish.
