A floral and sweet cup that opens on notes of Earl Grey and a tartaric acidity that recalls juicy grape. The strong bergamot runs through the cup from hot to cold, carried by a delicate floral character that reminds us of violet candy. The finish is long and soft, with subtle notes of forest honey. Remarkably sweet for a washed coffee.
